For those of you interested in either purchasing a guard dog or having your own dog trained for protection, we at Top Dawg Dog Training reserve the right to selectively choose which dogs and owners are eligible for training.  Unfortunately, not all dogs have what it takes to be guard dog trained, especially when their drive and obedience is below par.  Because of this, we have specific requirements before all dogs are accepted to participate in our guard dog/protection work program.  Owners are also subject to evaluation in regards to our decision making process.

If you’re looking to bring home an adopted dog, either trained or untrained, please contact the Elmsford Animal Shelter through our Adopt-A-Dog link.  Because we believe in helping the dog community, we at Top Dawg Dog Training are dedicated to volunteering some of our time, working with the fine staff at the Elmsford Animal Shelter located in Westchester, New York, training some of the many dogs sheltered there.  These trained dogs will be up for adoption along with many other animals.  Thank you for your interest in Top Dawg Dog Training!!!
